Good morning,

This applies to the 2017 volunteers.

If you are still experiencing difficulties in login into your personal profile, try refreshing the page and follow  all instructions till you get to the OTP page then click on "Quickly retrieve it here"( somewhere below the page) next you will be asked to fill in your program  e.g N-Teach, N-Agro or NHealth, LAST four digits of your bin and your date of birth next click submit and the OTP immediately pops up.
You can also generate OTP by dialling this short codes *347*5*88#.
Note each OTP last for 30mins before expiration.

Your NPVN Profile is your secret Zone. You should not reveal your password to anyone, keep it to your self alone.

Remember you were subjected to use OTP code to get access to that private part.

OTP means One Time Password it is use for security purpose while transacting online to safe guard your account from fraudsters.  Only an authentic owner of an account can receive a unique OTP code to  transact securely.

Please do not reveal your password, bvn, acct number publicly.

According to Npower, before you begin updating your NPVN Profile, please ensure that your image fits the requirements below

1. Only JPEG, JPG, PNG, (no animated) GIF
2. Minimum height of 100px
3. Maximum file size 1MB

And should you have any difficulties uploading your passportsand ID, try this suggestion.  After logging  in with your user name and password,  check your address  link on your browser  and edit dashboard  to on-board e.g npvn.npower.gov.ngnpvn/dashboard  to npvn.Npower.gov.ng/on-board.
Then it will take you to the page where you can upload your passport and means of identification(National Id, Voters card etc).
Note make sure you resize your passport and id in case they are large in size.

Thank you.
